Testimonials from previous clients

I have been a client of Joerg and his practice for two years now. In that time I have found him and subsequently his other vets to be completely professional and efficient and always willing to investigate any problems. As well as treating my animals they have always had time to discuss treatments and any worries which may arise. I feel that accessibility to speak on the phone or in person are extremely important to any concerned owner, and that the practice understands the relevance of supporting the human’s aspect as well as treating the animal. The reception staff and the nurses are always reassuring and immaculate. This practice has the advantage of a purpose built, always spotlessly clean building with all the technology and equipment, also the bonus of an easy access via the car park. I have in the past two years recommended Joerg and his team on many occasions and will continue to do so in the future."

Polly, our yellow Labrador, when eight months old, was run over by a tractor and suffered multiple fractures. Intricate surgery, intensive nursing care and hospitalisation over a long period followed. With the professionalism, expertise and determination of Mr Thamm and his team, the loving care from all the dedicated nursing staff, Polly is now a very happy dog full of fun and mischief and living life to the full and loves going to the vets to see all her friends. How lucky we are to have St Clement vets."

I first met Jorg Thamm when he was working at the Animal Hospital at Treleigh, Redruth. There he looked after my dogs and cats, during that time my young dog was taken ill, he was violently sick throughout the night, so finally at 5.30am in despair I phoned Mr Thamm, he came to our rescue, put the dog on a drip and slowly made a recovery. It is very reassuring to know that the vet will come out at any time of the day to help a very sick animal. He also did a marvellous job on my Newfoundland/Retriever cross who is a very large, heavy dog, when he broke a ligament in his back leg. It is good to see Mr Thamm running his own practice, backed by a pleasurable and well trained staff, who handle the animals and owners with calmness and kindness and tact whether the news is good or bad."
